Shipping Cost: Shipping costs vary depending on the type and size of the artwork and the delivery destination. We will provide you with the exact shipping cost when you provide us with the details of the artwork you ordered and your delivery address.

Delivery Time: We typically ship the artwork via FedEx within 5 to 7 business days after confirming after receipt of your payment. We will provide you with detailed delivery date and time information based on FedEx’s delivery schedule.

Shipping Method: We use FedEx, a reliable courier service, for shipping. Depending on your delivery address, we will select the most suitable FedEx shipping option. We will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Artwork Inspection: Upon the arrival of your artwork, please promptly check for any damage to the artwork, including the packaging materials such as the cardboard box. In case of damage during transit, it is essential to contact FedEx immediately. If any damage is confirmed, report it to FedEx representatives, and we will work towards resolving the issue.

Returns

Defective Artwork: If your artwork arrives with defects or damage, please contact us within 7 days of the FedEx delivery date, and we will assist you with the return or exchange process. Providing photos of the defects will help expedite the process.

Return Deadline: For returns due to reasons other than defects, please return the artwork via FedEx within 30 days of your order. The artwork should be returned in its original condition.

Return Shipping Cost: For returns initiated by the customer’s preference, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. In the case of defective artwork, we will cover the shipping cost.

Refund: Upon acceptance of the return, we will issue a refund based on your original payment method. Typically, the refund will be the price of the received artwork minus the shipping cost.
